can you get silver star or even gold star on pokerstars playing only 10nl 6max? and if you can how much volume do you need to put in

Took me not much more than 10k hands of 10nl 6max and 10nl 6max euros to make silver under this years changes, so I'd guess no more than 15k hands of only USD tables? Somewhere in that range, anyway. Gold would be 4x as many hands as silver takes, so its possible but not worth it imo, just wait until you've moved up in stakes to achieve gold.

you can make silver playing 2nl, playing 10nl should be no problem.
