Pokerstars support

Ive been a member of many poker sites and the support on pokerstars in my experience is the best by far. There responce is very quick and they are very helpful. I have submitted reports over suspected collusion and disconnect issues and their responce has been incredibly fast. It took them 1 day to get back to me after the suspected collusion issue.

Last night I had a disconnection problem during a ring game when I was in the middle of a hand where I had invested 2 dollars into a pot and I get disconnected. I emailed the support and got a reponce within 3 hours and they had given me the money back. It was only 2 dollars but I appreciate it all the same. Many of the sites ive played on would not do this and would be much slower in their responce. It is a big reason why ill keep playing at pokerstars as the support on some other sites is horrible by comparison.

My wife had a few questions she wanted answered, (just the little nitty gitty questions, the sort that when she asks me, Im like, only a woman would want to know that), anyway,

She said they answered every question for her and that it was an overnight responce.

love the pokerstars support....very good , shop , very good, over all i have nothing bad to say about pokerstars, other then that the people, hate the people who play there other then that. nice job
