Pokerstars Question

How do I know how many hands I've played?

I don't use any additional software such as poker tracker so if that is the only way you can find out, then I'm out of luck maybe?

You can request your statistics upto a max of 2000 hands. Request tab on top of lobby.

That doesn't tell me how many hands I've played... if I've played more than 2000 hands, I don't know. I did that, and it's telling me that Ive played 302 hands... Have I seriously only played that many, yet I wen from 0$ to 45$?

If thats the case, whats the deal with people playing 2-3000 hands a day, and not gaining anything?

You can play 50k hands and not make anything, not sure what your point is.

If your playing 1 table at a time at FR your probably avg around 50-60 hands/hr. 6max will be a fair bit higher, probably around 75-90 or so.

If you don't get any poker software you'll just have to look at your stats (at the table) before logging out each day. As for the ones you've played, you can only estimate.

re: Pokerstars Question

Make sure you've got your poker software set to save your hand history to your computer. That way you've got the data 1) if you ever get PT or HEM they can still import them, plus 2) you've got the detail there for later self-analysis.

And if you've got that, you could import the text files themselves, count the instances of "dealt to SngTurbo".
