Pokerstars.net problem

Playing a $60 tourney and the system froze me out. Do I have any chance of seeing a refund? I was able to watch the table but not log in. I finished 5th out of 18...one out of the money.

re: Pokerstars.net problem

I would think if he was playing at .net that it wouldn't have even let him register for the $ tourny; or would have let him know at that time that he would have to go to .com.... Let us know if u get a refund or what the outcome is.

Yeah, if he was playing a $60 tournament he just goofed and put in .Net instead of .Com.

PokerStars has been having trouble with connections lately, but that can also happen on your end.

Email support@pokerstars.com with the tournament number, and describe the problem. They should tell you what to do.

This happened to me over a year ago, and told me to send a message to a specific email address, with a specific message title, with the tournament ID and a description of the trouble in the message body.

A day later I got my refund.

If it was .com just email them tourny ID, start time, player name etc. A couple of weeks ago I was playing in 2 of our private tournies $5.50 each and Stars had disconnect problems so I emailed details and a couple days later:

Pokerstars refund issue

Thanks to all who posted suggestions. They did give me a refund. I am fairly new at this but I must say my hat is off to them for handing the situation as they did. I certainly appreciated it. Regards, Hartfordland

.net only allows users to play for play money while .com allows play and real money I do believe.

Trust me all sites Malfunction from time to and thats a whole new story.

Most recent was cake network for weeks and that was very bad. I got refunded plus with out asking for it but was emailing when I recieved email they took very good care of myself.

I have in 5 years of playing poker had problems with most. But can not recall playing for real bucks any of them not taking care of me.
