Pokerstars issues.. AGAIN

More Pokerstars issues..

I was in a 5$ sng earlier when everything stopped loading. I thought maybe it was my connection so I quit PS and reconnected. Well I couldn't get back into my table and it seems like many other people are having trouble with games as well such as ring games. How do I get PS to credit my money back as it was a waste of my $5 when I was in 2nd place! They need to stop doing server maitnence in the middle of the day without warning.

PokerStarsPokerStars is one of the best sites to play online poker. They accept all US players & you can get a 100% up to $50 bonus.

PPParty Poker is probably the best known online poker room. Use the Party Poker bonus code CC500 for a 100% upto $500 deposit bonus.

You will only get money if the tournament was cancelled. You get emailed automatically on settlement issues after tourney cancellation.

I cant speak for Stars but on Partypoker they sometimes give you a little sweetener. $50 or $100 on top of the standard settlement formula. This however is at the sites discretion and dont ask them for it. Accept what you are given basically.

When this happened to me they were very fair with what they credited back to my account. I wouldn't get all bothered about it - they will take care of you.

Maintenance is always notified. This will be an unexpected/unplanned outage.

If it is a widespread connection issue (applicable to everyone) the tourney is paused. Possibly leading to cancellation and settlement.

If isolated players have connection issues and you get back on to find you have been eliminated from the tourney then you can expect nothing.

So far it the site is saying that some games are running, some aren't, and no new games will be started. They are experiancing "technical difficulties".

I'm hoping that this issue is tied into the disconnect problems that they have been experiancing lately. Hopefully they will fix all.

Sunday million currently overlayed 300K

The $55 with $55K GTD went off with a 26K overlay.

Sure put the curse on that one.

Had this problem yesterday, was thinking of joining a Sundays Million $11.70 qualifer but PS went down about 5mins before it started then when it got put back up, the tourney had been canceled. There running pretty much all the time but still, not the point. Pokerstars needs to sort there problem out if they want to keep people playing there.

re: Pokerstars issues.. AGAIN

When u sit back and understand that poker sites are probly close to the most taxing net sites, traffic wise, other than perhaps banking institutions, it is a marvel they are up and running as much as they are.

The best way to let them know how you feel is with your feet. Close your account and go elsewhere while letting them know the reason why. That's something they will understand.
