Since the recent pokerstars update a couple of days ago I seem to randomly have hands which aren't saved as a hand history. I first noticed it when HM2 didn't increase my winnings after winning a large pot. I originally thought it was a problem with HM2 but then after looking in the instant hand history panel the hand was nowhere to be found.
I have contacted Pokerstars support and they've said they're looking into it, just curious if anyone else has noticed this?
It always seems to happen on large pots which I win at showdown which is why it's so annoying as it's screwing up my cash game stats by showing less profit and thus making losses more exaggerated.
