“Real money play is not allowed from within the US under any circumstances. Players who attempt to play for real money from inside the US with the aid of VPNs or other technical workarounds will lose their playing privileges and/or funds in their account.”
They have someone from the DOJ who can track you!!! And the DOJ can take your funds.

Why would they not just keep the money? They have caught players cheating before and confiscated their accounts. I don't think these players would expect to get it back.

Thanks for the tip on this awesome article. I just haven't taken the time set up news feeds from all the poker pages. Much appreciated because I have always wondered if I could set up play like this. Obviously not!

I think Black Friday should have been a clue to the US players that playing at PS is off limits, the players caught should loose their funds imo.

“The accounts get frozen, and then we wait for guidance from the independent moderator who was appointed by the Department of Justice what to do with the funds in these accounts and what to do with the accounts in the future.”

Wonder how much of our money is going to pay the independent auditor? Is it just me or do others think there are a lot more important things the DOJ SHOULD be doing! -- like getting back the guns they gave to the drug cartels.

As we all know this gov't is no one's friend (unless your in the "club"). It's so sad thinking about how far from free we really are. online poker is really small beans when compared to all the trillions of waste and corruption. I guess regulation is the only chance we have left (so they can get their cut).

The DOJ does whatever it damn well wants....its main job is to protect this corrupt administration.

This all basically reflects my viewpoint too.

This is NOT CHEATING by any standard. This is to get his/her freedom back!
