Until recently all I ever needed to do was reload.
But a good string of luck (skill??) & 180 ppl SNG win, I was able to cash some $ out.
This is not easy in the Peoples Republic of America!
A- setup Epassporte account-a few minutes
B- Upload $ from checking account to epassport-2 weeks & $5 charge.
C-make token deposit to PS-few minutes.
D-cashout $ from PS to EPP-48 hrs. after deposit then 2 days before $ in EPP.
E-Transfer $ to checking account-3 days & $2 charge.
What a country!!
