PokerStars..am I missing out on something? I'm on a very tight budget so at least for the time being I'm limited to freerolls. I currently play the CC freerolls on FT and Bodog (when I get a chance), and now and then one of the many UB daily freerolls. The one site I am not currently playing on is PokerStars. Am I missing out on something? What do they offer for (temporary) bums like me who are limited to freerolls?

Not a whole lot. The astronomer freerolls are a 2 round thing, meaning to get through the frenzy you will have to wade through 23,000 people for pennies. Occasionally they have country specific freerolls which do pay on completion, but for the $100 prize pool there will be 10,000 players. Your best bet are the private freerolls. Takes some doing, but you can find them with some searching, and googling.

PokerStars has many freerolls leading to the weekly round 2 freeroll. Depending on your specialty, you can pick the freeroll to get a round 2 ticket. Then you can pick your round 2 (they vary format time to time). Cake has freerolls every four hours or so that lead to a weekend final.
