Pokerstars..

I am finally about to start grinding on pokerstars for the first time after cashing out 3k on tilt..
I just need some suggestions on what tournies to play..Not familiar w pokerstars at all.
What are some good guarantee tournies that you guys like to play on stars?
Looking to play buy-ins from $5 to $30 buy ins..

the guarantees doesnt mean much on pokerstars as with late registration for an hr overfills the guaranty easily, some of the smaller rebuys pay heftily giving the large field, be ready for some marathon sessions on pokerstars

But the guarantees are still the best tournaments to play with their starting stacks and tournament structures.

Here are some of the tournaments in your range:

12:00p: $11 8k gtd deep stack - avoid this one unless you are ready for a very long tournament - it is a deep stack and blind levels increase every 30 min

The rest of these have 3k starting chips and the blinds increase every 10 or 15 minutes depending on the tournie:

9:00a $5.50 8k gtd
12:00p $22 20k gtd
1:00p $22 5k gtd
1:00p $5.50 20k gtd
2:00p $11 30k gtd (avg field 4800-5100)
2:15p $3.30 R/A 50k gtd
3:15p $11 15k gtd (avg field 2800-3000)
4:00p $8.80 5k gtd (avg field around 2600)
7:00p $11 30k gtd

These are all tournaments I have played in and like. I only included 1 re-buy/addon because I rarely play those. I did not include any 6 max or turbos because I don't play those.

Pokerstars is definitely the best site for tournaments.

I did forget to add one thing - all of their guaranteed tournaments have a 1 hour late registration. So don't be fooled if it looks small when it starts lol.
