| Pokerstars 1-cent SNG Anyone try these 990-player mtt sngs? DO NOT play them if you're in a bad mood or expect good play - you start with only 500 chips, blinds increase very rapidly and the ante starts at 10 on first hand and it increases rapidly also. But for a penny -- it's a blast if you're in the mood to play a round of what essentially is "all-in or fold". If you only have a few dimes from some freeroll or other, give it look. |

Gotta disagree here.... the 10-centers are donkfests at least until the first break, except that people get extraordinarily pissy about that fact, as if they actually expect the average player who's paying a dime for a chance at a cut of $36 is going to be a serious player. You guys are way to serious, anyway! The spirit of the 1-centers is by nature mayhem - as I noted in the original post, you don't want to play them if you're not just killing 30 minutes for a penny. You certainly can't play a serious tourney in 30 min. |
