pokerstars registering problem

okay well i had pokerstars previously and anyways i re installed it today and went to make a new account...the following error came up...
"there is already another account open from this computer.only one account per user"
id use the same account...though i cant remember the nickname nor password...anyways is there anyway to completely remove pokerstars from my computer...in order so i can reinstall it and make my new account...iv tried doing it through reg edit...with no Luck...any help would be great Cheers all.

Just e-mail them from the address you registered with first time around and they'll send you your login details.

i would.although i dont even remember the email i had.
any other way to fix this prob?
