Poker Star Frozen Account Problem

I have a problem and I hope someone can help. Poker stars froze my account because my credit card requested a reciept. I never disputed the charges or anything. We just needed a reciept to deal with all the service charges the credit card added.
In response pokerstars froze my account. They told me that I had to send them copies of the credit card in question (front and back), drivers licence (front and back) as well as a utility bill no oler than three months, a credit card statement also within the last three months, bank statements.
Now my issue with this is two fold firstly all the utilityies are in someone elses name, all my other bills are electonic. Secondly with all this information I could be victium of identity theft.
So three weeks of explaining them this I sent in the front of my licence and credit card as well as voters requestration card. Well then each time the sent back that it wasn't acceptabe. It was cropped, not clear, altered ect. Then there is the form that they wanted me to sign, but I have to print it. Now I never needed a printer before. Each time I ask questions and they keep sending me standard responses without answering my questions. They keep saying if I wa at a live casino I would have no problem showing id. Well a live casino doesn't keep your id and ask for all these other document.
I want this to end. Is this just a ploy to keep my money. Has anyone had similar experience. Any suggestions to make this end would be appreciated.
Persoanlly I will never play at Poker pokerstars again.

If you are not in the US, it should go through fine, no one has been ripped off by Poker Stars or had their identity stolen from sending in all of those documents (many have had to ID verify).

I withdrew all of my funds from PS yesterday. The transaction was done and I received an email stating that I would receive a check. I am wondering if this is really going to happen or not. Has anyone withdrawn from Stars since Friday?

My initial withdrawal was refused. Yesterday, however, a new withdrawal went through by bank transfer. I hope the wire fees don't use up all my funds.
