Poker sites should have online support

I think all poker sites should have online support.
I have had problems with deposits etc. you have got to wait for emails.
Even then email them they email back then email them again and they then email you back and it just goes on.

Look at the bright side while this is all going on, they are making wise use of your money.

Live online would be great as long it was limited to thse with real money accounts or deposits. Otherwise, the Play Chip masses would be just about impossible to accomodate.

Short of that, having better response times would help a lot. Pokerstars is the fastest one I know of, and most sites could certainly take lessons from them on customer service.

Most of the small sites do have online support. I would like to see the larger sites like Poker Stars and Full Tilt. I imagine it is mainly a cost factor. Most e-mail responses are canned letters. It would be harder to due this live.

However, Poker Stars has really good e-mail support. They have a quick response time.
