NLOP, havent been there in awhile and the prizes arent great, but you dont have to use cash,l and I won a $5.00 tourny there and they mailed the check rite out to me. But you dont have to download their software.

So i missed that... what are the poker sites that don't require downloads?

I could never get PitBull to work. Didnt seem like I was missing much anyways...

Pokerroom is the only one I can think of, that is if it is still in operation. It's been a while since I've been there.

I wouldn`t pay 20 cents a month. lol

Hollywood Poker has a web client. The download version is much more elegant though.
