So what are the biggest/best rooms that offer this?

Cake poker network - However they do not allow huds (which sucks)
Carbon poker - Also dont allow huds?

Any others?

I'm currently bonus whoring on the Ongame network(Bwin,Betfair,TowerGaming etc.)

Their first deposit bonuses are effectively 62.5% rakeback for sng players. I've never really played cash there but I know their rake system is done on a "contributed" basis. My HEM HUD works there also, but it's a bit tricky to set up.

You have to earn 8 points per bonus dollar and you get 5 points per dollar paid in tourney fees. As a UK player you definitely shouldn't be playing on stars/FTP. You're just leaving money on the table by not getting better deals elsewhere.

Yep. Carbon allows HUDs, pays rakeback daily, and player results are listed on Sharkscope.
