Poker Room Question
I am a player in the U.S and things have been hard. I have a roll at pokerstars and from time to time I put funds at tilt. But I want to branch out and play some new places. I know ultimate bet is another site I can play at but I don't like it there that much.
I think the only way to deposit now is player to player transfers, the pre paid visa cards, and e check. So let me know some sites you guys play at, why you like it, and what it has to offer. |

Ya I agree with Pantin. You should stick with the bigger/ more popular sites just to be safe. And it really depends on what you like. I personally like sites that have a sportsbook like Sportsbetting.com cause you can transfer money from the sportsbook and to the casino and back to the poker room, and sportsbetting.com runs a great freeroll thats pays out 20k for first place once a month. But again it all really depends on what your looking for and if you do a little research you should find just what ur looking for. i hope this helps.

re: Poker Room Question
I like to play at Carbon Poker because it has a lot smaller field and still has good tournements. They have 50k freerolls, 10k freerolls, and 1k freerolls every month and are easy to enter

My last few deposits from the US haven't been difficult - although every room is a little different.
Here is what has worked for me: My regular Visa card works on Bodog, UltimateBet and Carbon. It doesn't work on FullTilt, but the Pre-paid VISA All-Access card does. I couldn't get any card to work on PokerStars, but I was surprised how easy an eCheck transfer was right out of my regular checking account. I've never done a player-to-player transfer. How would those be facilitated? Do people make those kinds of deals on CardsChat? How do you avoid ripoffs? Gary |

I enjoy Carbon and Reefer poker they are usually fun games and the people are not as rude. The graphics and rabbit cams make it interesting. Special words in chat will give you little cartoons too. shark, fish, donkey, rabbit to name a few. GL on and off the felts.....

re: Poker Room Question
I'll say a few good words for Bodog. It's good for multi table play, or when you're doing other projects at the same time. Sounds bring you back to the game with plenty of time to make a decision. I like the beginner SNG's (10 play, 5 pay).
The blind structure is sane compared to Carbon and Cake so you actually can play some poker. Good bonus structure for low rollers. Except for sound options and user loaded avatars, it lags Full Tilt, but has made strides in the past 30 days. TK |
