Poker Deposits

Hello, this is addressed mainly to USA players. I was wondering what you were using to deposit since June 1st banking freeze.

1. walletXpress
2. western union
3. i know you can still use credit card on Ultimatebet
4. use my wallet
5. Money order cashier check

I don't want to use my bank account info. Isn't that a kick in the head. You can fund your poker account using your bank account but you can't use credit cards. Trying to deposit on Pokerstars. Tired of freerolling it.

Why dont you want to use your bank info?

Has anyone had a problem with ECheck since June 1st I cannot deposit using echeck now.

It is perfectly safe to give them your bank info, I have done it before.
I am not sure, but I thought I saw somewhere in one of the threads that echeck was going to be an issue after June 10th, but I have not seen any confirmation on that.

1 of my friends has started to use Western Union. The fees suck though so it's up in the air for me.

I have been using the e-check option on pokerstars with my bank account information since they first allowed the e-check deposit, so for many years now, and I have never experienced any problems with the service and I am currently still able to use that option as of today I made a $25 deposit on pokerstars

havent made a deposit in a while but on the other end i did just complete a withdrawal to my ewallet from cake poker took 24 hrs smooth as silk .

I've used western union, and its awful, I had to pay a 14.99USD fee just to send the money. Won't be depositing again until I can find a more efficient way.

Like others have said, the e-check option is the easiest and safest. I've been using the e-check option on Stars since it was concieved and haven't had any problems to date.

I agree with you as it relates to using a bank account. Sooner or later, the banks will be under more pressure to take some sort of action involving customers transacting business with online poker rooms. I was recently contacted by phone by a poker room after making a withdrawal counseling me on how to handle any questions from the bank involving where the check came from. It has been several months now and no contact from the bank, but I am still concerned about giving and using my bank accounts

The last deposit I made on PS was using a money order. A little bit involved. Must follow their process and directions and you must use an international money order. Most money orders are. Of course, I did not use USPS! Took almost a month, but, I think well worth the wait.
