As it has been mentioned above, these are total donkfests with only 10 min blinds, which makes it worse IMO. I had tried this once, and personally didn't like the blind structure. But if you do play remember these points: -Play tight but not too tight. -With a 3k starting stack, players are willing to call a 5-8xBB pre-flop bet with any suited ace and suited/unsuited connectors early in the game. -Pay attention to the players bets in relation to board texture. -And first and foremost have fun If playing on Sunday, good-luck to you. |

| I've played this game a few times and been in the money, and as said above play tight for the first hour, that gets rid of some of the more extreme players. Loosen up then, after the second hour you should just about be in the money and get around $30. Now they have changed the payout structure you will have to get deep into the money positions to do any better than that something like the top 300 out of 30,000 last time I played, then the money goes up OK. By this point you will have been playing maybe 6 hours. To be honest I have given up playing this game because it's so much time spent for so little return, I agree with one of the other posters unreg and use the TD$ to play another game. There are several guaranteed prize pool games throughout the day where you stand a far better chance of getting a good return on you money. Hope that helps |

| re: Playing in the sunday quarter mill need advice poker Played this a few times only had one cash in it. I agree with everyone else get your T$ and look to play some other mtts. For example the 2.20$ ten thousand guarenteed is a big tourney players wise but usally less than half the size of the quarter million. |

| just be patience and wait for good card to enter in a hand.... players tend to be very aggresive, thats because of the large field of players and the structure of the tournament. the blinds increase quick ( every 10 minutes) so try to play some hands at the beggining cause if you fold everytime the blinds will be very high accrding to your stack and you will be forced to play all in with averige hands... good luck!!! |
