playing with friends

I got a tip for everyone: play poker with your friends! Every thursday evening me and 7 friends play poker in the local pub. It's always superfun! we play a tournament with a 5$ or 10$ buy-in + rebuys, and I can suggest that to everyone, and it's not just about the money, it's just fun...

I have played with friends sometimes. I play with family regularly.

However my ultra-competative nature keeps it from being fun. At least when I am on the losing side. LOL.

I guess I just take poker too seriously. Ah well, what can I do. I don't think that will ever change. Just my nature to not like losing.

Even at 1/2 penny I hate losing.

Actually it's not so much the losing. It's the losing to lucky hands that makes me mad.

I mean if I play KK to an all in raise and then lose to AA. Well, the hand played out the way the odds are saying it will. It is KK against J4 off that makes the game no fun.
