PlayersOnly Bonus problems??? and no way to view statement of cash balance!?

Has anyone else been experiencing problems with getting the reload bonus from PlayersOnly Poker?
i deposited last night and entered the bonus code which was accepted, and have been unable to view any bonus on the bonus section screen. I spoke to CS and they said it is a possible technical issue on their side, but they assured my account will be credited appropriately.

However, I never receive notification when bonus dollars are being redeemed! Also, playersonly doesn't have a statement of account balance where I can see how my cash balance is changing.

How the heck do I know if they are crediting me with bonus dollars if I get no notification and there is no statement of cash balance?

they said they credited me $20 but according to my calculations they didn't credit me anything for the bonus, anyone else experiencing problems with this site?

(plus, recently i finished 10th in a tournament and i was never told how much I had won)

Hi welcome to CardsChat, I dont play at Players only so I am not sure where to see your balance, but most sites you have to earn a certain number of points before any bonus dollars are added to your balance.
If you spoke to support by e-mail, make sure you keep that e-mail as proof that you were told it went through. I wouldn't worry too much the poker rooms are making enough money from the rake they charge, I don't think they would steal from you in this way, it is just too easy for them to get caught doing this, and I'm sure they don't want that type of publicity.

Your balance should be open to your control every second. Why not change the casino? This one doesn't smell good. Try [linkage removed ~TB]It ensures full control.
