all i can say is it's very slow going. Really good fun to begin with but gets really boring.

Competition? im sure they'll have there regulars but they do have a lot of fish.

I played there before it went to not allowing any usa players, I liked it because of the 3d graphics if I remember right good place to play aggressive euro players the usual never made a deposit so can't say much more!

re: PKR poker?

i gave it a spin a few years back. the only thing it has going for it is the graphics imo. once you get over that (and you do quite quickly) you find that the site has low traffic, high rake at the micro stakes, inability to play more than 3 tables at once and from what i have read, widespread collusion. you definitely would be better off depositing somewhere else.

as for the no americans thing, it's due to the uigea (google it) law which was passed which basically prohibits americans from gambling for money online.

Yeah that site is very slow, but in my opinion fish are a good thing. If there is no competition that is fine with me as long as the fish keep scavenging their pockets for more money to put on the table.

Your info is out of date, my friend. They have advertised aggressively in Europe and traffic is very acceptable these days, better than (for example) Bodog.

Cash games are quite fishy, which is good. Tournament structures are on the fast side, though. The graphics are highly impressive but, when you get bored with that, you can also play in a mini-window.

That used to be my site of choice b4 they booted the US players out. I loved the graphics & gameplay, it suited me perfect.

What really pisses me off is that I was just planning to deposit there & all of a sudden BOOM!, no more US players allowed...WTF?!?!

re: PKR poker?

I found it was fun to play at due to the graphics, but it was a huge download and I could never play multiple sites it used up so much memory.
When my computer expired I couldn't get motivated to download PKR again.

For entertainment value, there is nowhere better. It's a cross between poker and a xbox or ps2/3. the problem is they have taken away the skill factor. Don't expect anyone to fold, ever. So no bluffing (not that i ever do that . You can now play "Deal or no deal" for money. the graphics do slow the pc down (if you have an old crap one like mine)

>... I've watched a friend play on there... and to be honest they seem to have more fun on there then I do on any of the other sites. I mean... laugh while playing poker... often??
Looks like fun for newer players on micro sngs... not sure what the rest of the site is like.

re: PKR poker?

I made a small deposit there and have played some. It can be quite fun and seems somewhat "live" like in the dynamic view where you view each person as they act. Like others have said the traffic is low especially SNGs. The freerolls tend to be sceduled at strange times which make them difficult to play. eg. new player monthly $1K freeroll Wed. around 1pm. Expect some extremely loose play.

the 3D graphics are fun for a while but then it starts to run really slow. As far as the poker content goes, its not bad, but much better valuue for money at sites like pokerstars or Full tilt. Not many decent freerolls at PKR either.

I did play there, it was alright at first but you end up getting bored of the graphics.

They banned me there about a month ago for a very perfected and unjustifed reason so I don't have anything good to say about the customer services. (They banned me for making a new account even though I deacvited my old on months before and that was breaking there rules which I didn;t even know about)

re: PKR poker?

A friend sent me a link and told me its worth a try and he was right!

Graphics are the best seen ever online (anyone disagrees?) and it was fun playing. I agree with the above that in general, no bluffing is allowed there as there are too many calling stations, but still, I have enjoyed!

I'm only playing there for points, saving my real money for Vegas
