pkr. is it a 50k freeroll.

pkr are running a 50k monthly freeroll.variable chip count. top 5k in in tourenament rankings. thing is almost every tournie in thier lobby has an R in front of it this indicated 2% of ur buyin will be taken and used towards the 50k prizepool.if you dont make the top 5k in the ranking you dont get in but ur 2% from each tournie uv played during the month is still used. for a tournie ur not allowed to enter. the 2% is on top of the normal rake.can this be called a freeroll.

i think it is tournament with fee and that is not freeroll;p

I play a lot a PKR, and I was pretty irritated at this. A bit of my buy in goes to a tourney that I cannot play in anyway due to playing time.

But, on the other hand, the soft play at PKR makes this 2% a real deal.............

PKR is awful I can't stand to play even thought I have money on it. You can barely multi table, you can't use a HUD and it takes ages because they're trying to make it 'realistic'. If I wanted to play it realistic i'd play at the casino. This is just the cherry on top.
But yeah, it's really soft

Yea, multi tabling is set up stupid, but you can use keys to switch between tables, and tile them as well. So you can play 4 tables pretty comfortably IMO, once you get used to the format. I read recently that now up to 9 tables are possible, but cant say if this is true or not. I like the tourneys they have, and you can get in decent tourneys with <300 people regularly, and I can have my other clients running if I want mass tables, so I like it for this.

HUD works, but only for 1 (!) table of cash, so that is STUPID. The whole "live" poker thing is dumb, but that is what makes it so attractive to me, since you get a lot of computer game fans playing as opposed to good players. People who want "action" and that is sooooooo nice.

downloaded pkr once, hated it, it also took an AGE to download which was a bad start. like all clients tho i say it has its positives and negatives. i wont be playing there tho.

not only is it not a freeroll. you cannot get into it if you don,t get in the top 5k. but you have contributed to the prizepool. with the 2% rake. as for pkr it,s self it is a good site a bit slow maybe.
