PKR :(

This is just a post to anyone who is yet to play at PKR.
I realy wouldnt waste your time registering. I was excited to try it after seeing an advert on T.V. When I did I was realy dissapointed !
If you want to make characters and play games I would suggest just play a playstation. Also every hand takes the p**s and it feels realy slow.

Interesting to know if anyone actually likes and plays at PKR and why?

Soft tables, but I cashed out b/c multitabling sucks.

I made a small deposit on PKR just to try it out. The graphics are cool but the game play is very slow. I made a small profit and then cashed out. PKR also uses up a lot of ram on your pc so multi-tabling can be problematic especially if you are playing on another site besides PKR.

i think once the novelty of creating a character wears off you quickly leave well alone

Wow I cant believe no one likes this sit.. I actually enjoy it there is very easy to make money.. I have taking first in a couple of there freerolls I'm up to like $60 pretty good from nothing haha.. I dopnt play there as much as I do at full tilt but I do like the easy money that there is to be made there lol

I had a look at it and decided not too bother investing. Like you I was disappointed.

They avatars are cool.. but the player emotes get really annoying (luckily, you can put them on mute). I downloaded it cuz some of my friends wanted to play some free games with play money on there just for fun.

Unfortunately, Americans aren't allowed to deposit or play in real money tournaments on PKR, haha.

PKR needs a really strong computer to run well.
I don't play very often, but I appreciated it, even if it's true that the game was really slow

I like it cos its really really easy to make money, they are finally getting some ok players there now, but still in general, pretty bad.. i also like it as you can see when they are looking at their cards, gives off a few more subtle hints to what there likely hands are..

having said that i dont like it as they have a lot of problems with their server, i actually cashed out as i finished on two final tables and got D/C off both of them due to their server issues.. also yes, multitabling is almost impossible... Also last time i was there they still didnt have extended timers, so you have like 15 seconds to make decisions no matter the stakes, playing in the 240 buy in and you have 15 secs, pretty dumb

I know someone who used to play on that site a lot. She made a good bit of money. She is from the US, did they just change it or something?

I have never looked at it myself though. I think I might pass.

Apparently. I was just checking out the real money games, and it said US players aren't allowed to deposit.
