Hi All,
I'm Dave, Network Manager and Affiliate Media Relations Manager for Pitbull Poker. I want to clarify the situation here, seems it raised a few questions. This post is based out of a fake post that was made up to damage our company. The one posted on 2+2 is the same as in Poker Junkie, and 2+2 banned the member and closed the thread because it was a mad member who started a net of lies about Pitbull to compromise our public image. We got nothing to hide and I invite you to reach me with any questions or comment to my emails dave@pitbullpartners.com or dave@pitbullgaming.com Thank you, Dave Brenes Network Manager Affiliate Media Relations Manager Pitbull Poker Pitbull Casino Pitbull Partners |

Ok, I joined the Pitbull about 2 weeks ago. Honestly i was very sceptical, after reading several posts. There are not a lot of sites I can join on a mac, so i gave it a shot. Honestly - so far I have no complaints what so ever. There is a 24/7 live help, the person I spoke to was very nice and on top of that I was given a free $10 to start up my bankroll.
I read somewhere earlier that people had cards dealt face down, have not happened to me yet..also, my connection has been about 95% with some catches here and there where I chose to shut the table and re-open it. Of course, I have played there for a short time compared to years at FullTilt, but I like it. The thing is - Pitbull has a very small community, so when people are at the tables, they actually "play" poker. I have not seen 5 people go all in with the first hand...lol..you know what I mean... The only negative I find is that I wish there were more people playing so that the SNGs would fill up faster... Thats all i have to report for now... |

I read the article. So does the author of the article have proof on what he wrote?
Anyhow I have played at pitbull in the past. I had alot connections problems like disconnects so I stopped playing there. I see a few poker forums still have they forum freerolls and buyins there. |

Hello Im Bula, I was playing for Pitbull since almost a year, and regarding what Dave Brenes said ... it's a lie people. He's salary is more than a $4.000 a month. So obviously, the mainhead of this garage poker told him what to do.
Yes I was able to see costumer hands on every game that they had , my salary was $3.00 an hour ... also whoever play with Pitbull should remember the screen name of FASTCAR ... that was me. STAY AWAY FROM THEM,THEY CAN HURT VERY BADLY YOUR WALLET. |

I think that the majority of people that will not deposit on your site are hesitant not because of posts like this, but for other reasons. Mainly, the number of password thieves, colluders and scammers on Pitbull is like no other poker site. And it seems no amount of complaints from legitimate players is enough to convince Pitbull to do something about it. The second reason is the bugged software. The facedown hole cards have been dealt over and over again, but the bug still persists. If I were you, I would spend less time worrying about the barely coherent ramblings of your ex-employees, and focus on fixing the bugs and evicting the few bad apples from your site, which ruin the integrity of your games. |

I have played at Pittbull but I dont like or trust those flash sites so I dont use them anymore. Seems others have problems with them even if technical but technical can cost you money and we are quite capable of throwing our own money away without any help from technical issues on a site.

I have never deposited on pitbull poker but I did recieve the free $10. I have heard of long waits on withdrawls from this site, which would make since because they have all but cut out their freerolls, use to have a $25 freeroll every hour, now it's rare to have a freeroll.

Hi everyone again,
It seems these posts are receiving more credit than they actually have, meaning they have none. Any post from an "ex-employee" is made by the same one person trying to represent different people. Now, one affirmation made here "Mainly, the number of password thieves, colluders and scammers on Pitbull is like no other poker site." This is not true; we don't have such issues as we use high tech security systems and have people all time watching for collusion, verifying information and confirming that everything is in good standing. I assure you that all of our member’s information is secured and encrypted. We can spot a few cases of chip dumping or the like, but nothing out of the ordinary. Look guys, if you have REAL questions or if you want to post a comment please have facts, this is making you waste time and I am sure we can all benefit from proper discussions that lead somewhere. Simple rants from just about anyone that can open a forum account should not be considered as a trustful source. This is not about us hunting down a rogue forum member that jumps from one another posting the same for the sake of making us look bad. Seriously Cardschat members, let’s be straight forward, if you have an issue, a question that is valid please contact me and I will look after it. We will not keep chasing these posts; we have stated the truth and opened the channels of communication for you, so use them. Thanks, Dave Brenes Network Manager Pitbull Poker Pitbull Casino Pitbull Partners |

Well stated Dave.thank you for the response. A lot of people bitch about every poker site, bad beats, sites rigged , bad & slow withdraws, on & on & on, bitch, bitch, bitch. Well when playing on any site if you are not comfortable with it don't play there anymore. I am not defending any site. Pit Bull has it's problems as other sites also have. I will continue to play there as i continue to play at a few other sites. Again thanks Dave for the last post, it seems that you are on top of situations at pit bull.

Hi Woodwidgeon,
Thank you for your support, I am sure we all agree that we only benefit when a real issue is addressed properly. Anything further simply loses the focus. I signed up for pitbull a while back. They deposited the $10, then before i could play, the money was gone from my account. I called back and customer service told me I lost it playing poker. I never even played a hand. Seemed fishy to me so I did not deposit or play there ever again.

re: Pitbullpoker again????
I signed up a long time ago, got my 10 bucks and lost it, and have like 80 cents in my account now. I don't have anything bad to say about the site. Seems like they have good customer service. One thing that used to happen that they have probobly fixed, is the software would slow down towards the end of a tourney. Sometimes the betting would be over before my hole cards appeared! I still enjoy an occasional freeroll there and I did not know that there is a "new" Pitbull. I am almost sure that if you have an existing account, you would not be eligible for the $10 free bonus.

I played there for a few days. Never deposited. They give me $10 free, played with it in the casino, got it up to $15 and lost it. I believe you need to deposit to withdraw, so glad I never hit it big so I didn't deposit. Thanks for the heads up. I was aware of the Ultimatebet/AB scam, didn't think any other sites were involved in scamming, but pitbull was always shady with low player accounts.

Hi guys,
I just checked your posts and I will be more than glad to assist you with those issues. If you want I can arrange the free $10 for you if you were unable to get it when you first sign up, you can also check our promotions for other sign up bonuses that are pretty cool. Remember we also have the bounce back cash that is our own exclusive promo which works as a rakeback reward. Just send me a PM with your username and email registered and I will follow up on your case. Cheers! |

Dave I am very glad your here to patch things up with the PITBULL issue. I however have decided to play exclusive at Full Tilt for one reason. Its the easiest for me to use. I know there a lots of bitches about it but thats what works for me. As for Pitbull I hope you all get your PR in line sounds like there are plenty of people bashing your site and that is too bad. Good luck with the repair of your name online. To all you others out there in online poker land good luck where ever you play...

HI Turtlerox,
Thanks for the feedback. Certainly our promotions have been pretty steady in the past months, however we are working to improve our selection. Currently you can see the sign up bonuses (free $10, deposit $100 and get $30, and the 200% are examples). We also included the $31k giveaway tournaments during March. On top we offer the bounce back cash, which works as a rakeback reward. In the coming weeks we expect to launch some bounty tournaments (which includes me as one of the high prizes). Feel free to send me any suggestion, I am always open to hear what the players want, after all you guys are the ones that enjoy such benefits. If you guys have any more questions be sure to let me know. Cheers! Dave Brenes Network Manager Pitbull Poker Pitbull Casino Pitbull Partners |

re: Pitbullpoker again????
I play on Pitbull, and have never had a major issue. I got the free 10 bucks, but haven't tried to cash out, not doing well enough for that!!! The only minor issue i've had is that sometimes if I get disconnected and make it back in time to be in the hand it will skip my turn to bet until someone bets first (if noone bets i can't bet). Doesn't happen often but has happened more than a couple times.

well I signed up lastnite for my free ten dollars amd account. 5 minutes after being on I noticed that the 10 was not In my account, clicked on live chat and spoke to a rep. The rep assured me that I would get a phone call to verify my account. Received phone call and money was deposited.
Well this morning balance is 38 bucks games are real soft at 10 nl level(not using proper brm!) and I think I stand at now that if i do cash out I will need to deposit at least 25 dollars to make that happen. Has anyone cashed out from there before???? |

Thanks for responding. I have been on vacation for the past weeks, so pardon the delay in my counter-response. First, let me commend you for talking with the poker community and responding to our concerns. The fact that you are here engaging us shows that you indeed care what players say and think about your site, something that the other poker sites can learn from. I have to say that my experience with Pitbull's customer service has always been second to none. It's a pity that you cannot get the other problems ironed out. Secondly, since you quoted my earlier post, I must take exception to your statements that, "It seems these posts are receiving more credit than they actually have, meaning they have none." Sorry, but I am not an ex-employee with a beef. I am a potential customer with some serious concerns, so please do not lump us all in together. I think the majority of the site knows that the OP was, at least, an anti-Pitbull troll or possibly a disgruntled worker looking to discredit your site. He has made exactly 2 posts at this forum - both anti Pitbull. However, other posters, including myself, have raised legitimate concerns. You have stated above, "Look guys, if you have REAL questions or if you want to post a comment please have facts, this is making you waste time and I am sure we can all benefit from proper discussions that lead somewhere." This is a legitimate request, so I will take the time to respond. I should qualify my comment that Pitbull has some of the worst password thieves, colluders and scammers in the industry. I may have spoken too soon. As I have already stated, I have never deposited at your site. I do have a substantial bankroll built through freeroll winnings, but I have not played many real money games. I based the colluder portion of this statement from a) talk of players who have a long history of real money play at your site and b) the fact that "where there is smoke, there is fire" - meaning that if the password thieves and scammers have infiltrated your site, the colluders cannot be far behind. I will include a quote from a MOD at another poker forum where I play "private" freeroll games at your site. (I will not post the names mentioned or the name of the site, but I am sure you can find it with a simple Google search for verification). "I was not going to post here. This morning I read what one of pits affiliates said to (Forum MOD's name) during yet another pit game. Why would a gaming site keep such a cancer? Are the rumors true about (Player's name) being (Known Password Thief's name)? One thing I do not understand is why they have not removed these idiots and that is why a few of us would never deposit there. It is a shame, they have the best customer service in the industry and all everyone thinks about is the trash mob that is a part of pit." Finally, you have conviently responded to those accusations, but what about the software bugs that have been brought up? Even if you solved all of the other problems, why should anyone deposit at Pit when you know that it is only a matter time until you are dealt your hole cards facedown and must play the hand in the dark? Do you have a time frame for when we can expect this bug to be fixed? |

I think Dave is to be commended for coming on here and facing up to the Pitbull knockers. He has accepted criticism on the chin and tried to be constructive in return.
I've played on Pitbull a few times and the software does not match up to that of most other sites. It seems, dated, clunky and slow. Sometimes it appears to freeze and prevents you from playing a hand properly. You then have to log out and log back in to 'unfreeze' the game. Player traffic is also pretty low - but in theory that gives you a better chance of cashing at the guaranteed tournaments on offer. If these aspects put you off, then it's best to steer clear of Pitbull. If they don't, maybe it's worth giving it a try on the $10 free basis. At least the managers are willing to interact with their critics and learn some lessons from things that have gone wrong in the past. That can only be a good thing. |

MrFold,
Thanks a lot for the support, I'm here to do my best to help you all. I hope I can every time and I hope I provide you with satisfactory answers. Serendipity, I surely believe that the closest you are to your members the better you can serve them. Hence it is quite important for us to be active at the common places of the industry such as the forums and we extend our services through these venues to provide a better support. Now, I was not implying you specifically were the member who was an ex-employee; however the thread was started by someone we believe holds some sort of absurd grudge against us. Your post was also not precisely descriptive, so I could not take it as a formal complaint, but still I appreciate you taking the time to write me back. As for what you refer to as a post on another forum (unknown to us) where they state they are aware (not sure under what grounds they can prove what they say) of password theft and collusion. If you feel this is true and you can privately (to not jeopardize the forum members you are protecting) send me the details I will gladly follow through. However, at this point we have not registered any complication or conflicts as the ones described above on the quote, and like I mentioned before, there is the occasional attempt to abuse or take unfair advantage of our company or our player by a handful of people which have been spotted and any wrongdoing has been rectified. No different from any other poker room available. Finally, I have responded as questions have been raised. The software requires certain upgrades indeed, I am not pretending we don, like many others we still got some path to walk, nevertheless the issues reported are being worked on and we expect to progressively release updates more often to correct the pending bugs roaming on our software. I hope I clarified the issue for you, and if you have more questions please let me know. Cheers! Dave Brenes Network Manager Pitbull Poker Pitbull Casino Pitbull Partners |

i'm not a big fan of pitbull poker because of the software problems but i do trust them. i freerolled my way to a bankroll and had no problems taking out money. i did have to make a minimum deposit and earn 200 comp points before i made a withdraw but that seemed fair to me. whenever i asked for a withdraw i received it immediately on several occasions. i understand if you don't want to deal with their software problems but they can be trusted.
