Is this PartyPoker?
Hi,
because of a bonus I came across PartyPoker again where I haven't been playing much so far. But now started to play my usual 1-Table SnG Level, which is about 20$ - 50$. In one of these 22$ Tournaments at Party it came that there were still 6 players left when the blinds got to 200/400 and I had about 1600 left. In early position I got AQo and went allin and got only called by the SB who, after 'thinking' for a while, turned over Q4s. Well, of course I lost since he has caught a 4 on the river. I really dont mind losing but the reason that I write this is that I absolutely cant image what he was thinking were he stands when calling. Did he think because they were suited he has to call? Is this normal behaviour on Party at this level? This wasn't the only 'incident' of this kind I came across during my first afternoon at Party. There were also people calling all-ins with QK(s/o) etc. Before I have been playing in then OnGame network and I must say their 5$ SnGs are quite more competitive than these 22$ SnGs at Party or do you think this is unusual for Party and I have just been lucky to find soft competitors? greets, Marcus |

Have to say I'm with Vanquish here...I wish all the players played that way. Looking for a site that all the players know the game and play tough doesn't sound very profitable. Marcusmal--keep at it man. The people playing Q4s (although if it was only a very small portion of his stack he may have been right to call) are where you really make your money. Trust that math is on your side and you will win that hand 80% of the time.
