Pacific poker cashout issues

i made a withdrawal for 2000d and they declined my withdrawal no reason no email telling me this. so called them asked where my money was they said on the way ok i thought i then found out they hadnt processed it for over 3 weeks with no emails very poor cash out facility unlike vc ladbrokes etc 3 days in your account, with pacific poker havent got my card on there but even still over a month for a cheque come on
