None that I know of around Orlando, but Tampa/St. Pete is only an hour or so away and there are several there. My wife has played around Tampa, I've only played at Ebro outside Panama City.
Whatever games you find in Florida (whether ring or tourney) will be limited to max legal buy-in of $100. You can go here to search for poker room locations, most of which include their scheduled games and stakes. |

The above post is wrong about tournys. Tournaments can range anything up to $1,000 buy in. There may be a card room around there. I am in south florida and am not familiar with Orlando. To my knowledge they don't have an actual casino in the area, but they might have a dog track that has a card room. Try google searching something like "orlando card room" or "orlando poker". Might get lucky. |

My mistake then, I assumed the $100 buy-in applied to tourney's too, as I hadn't yet run across one >$100.
The US Poker Directory link I posted above shows zero cardrooms around Orlando, and the directory seems to be regularly updated (and allows anybody to submit new locations), so I doubt there is one yet. It shows 4-5 in the Tampa/St.Pete/Sarasota area, and another 3 on the opposite coast between Daytona and Titusville (looks a bit closer to Orlando too). ![]() |

I live in orlando now, and yes Tampa is the place to go, I personally like Ft. Lauderdale's Hard Rock better, but Tampa's Hard Rock is closer...bout an hour away, poker room is very easy...you will love it, go there around 2 am when all the drunkards are playing and you should clean house...or get sick beats...one or the other haha...good luck man, also theres a good medium/high stakes ring in Orlando, my neighbors friend organizes it if your interested in 250/500/2k max games. |

The HR in Lauderdale is good on the weekends. Worth the trip. I'm a 2/5 regular there. The current laws suck right now, but it looks like they might be changing by next year. |
