is it just me or is impossible to slow play anyting except the nuts online ???

Short answer is YES.

And really you don't want to slow play hands that are beatable. And old rule in poker that alot of players ignore especialy at first is "never give a free card".

With so many calling stations and weak chasers in the online game you should most often bet your good hands. Slow playing is way overdone and should be used a minority of times to mix up your game and get action when you have a really big hand. Not as your normal style of playing.

Good point Edge, its situational.

Overall though its true that slowplaying a hand that is not the nuts is generally not a good idea, with few exceptions.
