OKUSA STEALS MONEY

I endorsed this site a few months ago now i take it all back!!!

i was playing this site the other day won a big pot. Decided to get up off the table and bank the money. got back on the table after a few minutes and the donk who was virtually giving away all his money asked me if i had put it in my piggy bank. I said "Yep" and decided to take a look at the cashier the money was not there. when i saw this i decided to get up off the table and figure out what was going on. Strangely enough my money at that table wasn't going to my account either it showed it all night as still in play. I contacted support and they unlocked the money left at the table and decided to ignore the lost money. then they closed my claim. wrote them again and said this problem has not been resolved and told them again of what happened. Meanwhile i was desparately looking for the hand history and they give you your transanction history but the only way you get a hand history is if you know the hand number(yeah i commit all those to memory before leaving a table) well in their transaction history they show you entering the tables and the amount you come in with and they show your exit from the tables and the amount you leave with even if it is $0. I have histories of entering the tables and never exiting from them i took a copy of it and sent it again to support. its been two days now without an answer and so i contacted live support who had originally told me to email tech support. I talked to someone who vowed he would fix the problems and said it might take a few hours. this evening i checked my email and there was nothing there. then i checked my claim ticket on their suppport site and again my claims were closed.

So i went to every table which isn't alot on their site and told everyone I could. some ignored me (didn't bother me) What got me was the amount of people who either had problems with their account and ones who also were suspect there was money that should have been there that wasn't there. Another interesting thing i found out was that the site isn't just okusa it is also topspeed, wingow, and others they said it is about 10 different sites all as one.

So my new lease on online poker sites is do not get on sites that dont have the numbers to support them. And Maybe we should have more sites that actually have phone numbers. Like bodog who proudly dispay their number on their site in the top right corner.

and all the other questions about the things i have all ready tried, that coupled with anger and and a midnight post everything just kinda spilled out.
