to stay like that for 15 mins so the blinds will eat everyone else up and he will make it to the money?

it is his money. in essence the same as folding every hand. if you cant beat someone that folds every hand then you have bigger problems.

broncos, you get to steal his blinds. Now thats dangerous if you start running into eachother. if you think he did it on purpose, you can talk to other players and agree to blind him out. (or is that collusion)

If this is a Stars SNG...

1) He doesn't get 120 seconds "every hand", it goes down each hand.

2) The tournament clock is stopped during this time.

...and d/cing here is just the same as folding every hand, which if you're chip leader on the bubble is pretty stupid strategy.

On FT, if someone sits out, the dialog will tell you if they stand up (must have all events turned on). At that point, if its the player to your left, you can min raise the blind and steal it. It works particularly well when everybody else folds to you in either the button or small blind.

Use with caution. I've seen a few folks wake up after a long auto-fold. Don't all-in someone who appears to be auto-folding unless you are ready to play for it.
