note taking

I know there was a forum on this earlier but i cant find it i just wanted to know what to look for to take notes, like i knowwhat to take them on but its going so quickly how can you pick up on these little things like check rasing and how they play pocket pairs i just tried but i can never find time. can anyone give me some advice.

1 tip take notes when ure not playin. sit and watch tables with people u may be playin and make notes it'll help loads to win some $$$
