| Note to Poker Sites One site needs to take the lead in providing the best NON Holdem SnG's and Tourneys. I just looked for HORSE tourneys/SnG's at Stars and found none. I played a HORSE at tilt last night so I know they have some. I used to LOVE the Horse games at UB until about a year ago when they changed something and never put the name of the game in plain sight. Not everyone Loves Holdem the way the major sites do. Makes me wonder just how profitably Holdem is to them. This might be a niche Bodog could do well, since IMO they don't do much else really well. They seem determined to fix their flaws, though they are rather slow at it. |

| Maybe you have them filtered out at Stars, because they are definitely there. $3 Horse mtt starting in less than 10 minutes, $11 1k guarantee and $33 3k guarantee in the afternoon/evening, one table and two table sngos at buyin levels in between, there's even a 20k guaranteed $215 buyin mtt Sunday nights. | I doubt any site would take the lead in being the best non hold em site. It just doesnt make sense when hold em is the dominate game that people play. I like a good horse game don't get me wrong, but it makes sense in poker to cater more to the larger customer base. As I'm sure you realize these have smaller fields and SNGs take longer to fill up. Which clearly suggests less interest. Check out carbon though i think they also have some. |
