Not happy Pokerstars

For being a billion dollar site, would it hurt you to throw 5 cents of packing peanuts in a box when someone orders things from the FPP store?

i ordered a stress star, HOH1 and 2 decks of casino playing cards from the store.
They stick all of them in one big box with no packing material. how stupid can you be? Ofcourse in the trip here the book got wrinkled on a corner(not a big deal), the '100% plastic cards of casino quality' are not 100% plastic, they're made of what normal cards are made of and are actually smaller than Bicycle cards. The plastic case that holds the cards is smashed, its cracked in 3 places and totally broken off in 2 others. I e-mailed them, even if they replace them, im not happy.

I have actually purchased quite a few things mainly hats, shirts and sweatshirt from the FPP store and yeah MM they just box um and send um, and was gonna use more points on some books from them but after reading this I may just keep the points and go to borders and buy the damn things, and they even threw in a pokerstars giant rubber band

The book is worth it Jamile. $30 book for 1500 FPPs and only 1 little corner is bent.

Is it just me or is the PokerStars baseball cap the stupidiest looking thing ever? I got the Full Tilt cap as well and that thing rocks!!!!
