Noble tied to a network of sites?

Does anyone know if Noble is tied to a network of other online poker rooms? I started playing at Prestige Poker and i think i noticed some of the same people.

Yes they sure are I believe its called the ipoker network. No idea how many rooms are in the network though

there is at least 4 or 5 sites with that skin
