| Noble Poker - what's up with offers in chat windows? I was playing a low-limit ring game on Noble today when a chat window opened and someone asked if I'd be interested in $10 free. She was nice and not pushy at all, but it was a little off-putting to have someone ask me that in the middle of a hand. What happened to good old-fashioned email? Is this common? I've never had that happen before. Perhaps it's because I've been playing with the promotional $5 (thanks Noble!) and have yet to deposit. |

| I've had it repeatedly - at least 5 times now on Noble I've had the chat window pop up asking if I have a moment, or if I'm interested in a great offer. Whenever I get a message like that I just say you're the 3rd, 4th, 5th, etc person to ask me, and they then just apologise and go bother someone else. They really should stop doing that, though, as it puts me off playing on there - I'm wanting to build up the free starting bankroll, but don't want to be hassled by pushy staff. I like the range of games, the software seems stable, so otherwise I have no issues with them, I just don't like this kind of 'now or never' offer. |
