Does anyone know Noble Poker's policy on freeroll winnings? If I win a freeroll and build up the winnings will i be expected to make a deposit or play a certain number of raked hands before i can withdraw?

yeah if you wanna use the online wallets for example Neteller you need to first make a deposit at Noble to cash out your winnings via Neteller. As far as raked hands to get a check sent to you hmmmmm, most likely there is a raked hand requirement they have toughened up their bonus policies lately.
