No Limit Texas Holdem Charity Poker Event - Chicopee MA

I will have to see where Chicopee is in relation to where I live, if it is close enough I will play.

Hi Pooffy - thanks very much for your interest. I did a quick map and it appears to be around 120 miles for you, depending on where exactly you live. To help give more detail - it's obviously at an AMVETS. There will be a cash bar, pizza served, and obviously a decent amount of things to do in the area if you wanted to come up for the day or something. Would you have any players from your area you might be able to bring as well?

In the end I am just trying to get the word out best I can, as you are right, it's for a great cause.

Our cap is 80 people, looking to get as solid of a turnout as we can.

If it helps any, or if anyone is interested, I do have a letter from Baystate Medical Center authorizing us to hold this tournament. So, it's all official

I know a few players but times are tought right now. I will definitely ask around...and do my best to make it.

I agree times are a bit tight for everyone right now. I don't know if I mentioned but half of the $50 goes towards charity, the other $25 goes towards pizza/prizes. I estimate $3 per player or less for pizza, so should be a good prize pool and money for charity raised

Hey just wanted to post to make sure it's known - you would have to RSVP and I would need to receive your payment before October 9th. That is one week before the tournament itself. Just making sure i told you that in case it impacts your decision process. Thanks again
