NL holdem (micro)

I recently won $7.50 in a Poker Stars freeroll. I am now up to $30. Since the freeroll, I have trying to emulate Chris Ferguson by turning nothing into $10,000. At what point should I move from the $0.01/$0.02 game to the $0.05/$0.10 game?

Well if your going to buyin full, then about 20 buyins would be the right amount, so $200. But, if your using the short stack strategy, (which i believe Chris Ferguson was) then maybe you can move up quicker.
