New To PokerStars

I recently downloaded PokerStars for MAC, and I have some navigational issues. I have not deposited any money yet mainly because I want to get a feel for the site but I am finding it hard to navigate.
I would like to start out playing freerolls on there but I cannot seem to find any good freerolls.
It seems like all the freerolls only win me seats to other tournaments. I don't seem to see the freerolls like the ones you might find on Full Tilt or Ultimate Bet. If anyone has any way to help, I would appreciate it.

Here are some questions:
1) Which freerolls should I be playing in?
2) How is the transition from Full Tilt to Stars?
3) What should I have for dinner tonight?

1) The CC ones of course - Stars normal freerolls suck - 349827456 players play a donkament where the top 20 or so (i forget exactly how many) 'win' entry to a separate piddly freeroll where maybe they can win money.

2) imo Stars owns FT in every way except freerolls (pretty much undisputably) and tourney structure (this is debatable).

3) cake

1) Of course I will do the CC freerolls.

2) I guess I will have to get used to the transition by doing play money before I deposit.

3) Im thinking PB+J Sandwich, milk, and some cookies. And maybe some cake.

I'm a mac user and was playing on pokerstars for a year on a virtual machine until I downloaded the mac program. The mac program is quicker than going through windows.
1) The freerolls suck on PS I use them for practice. You have to hit the CC freeroll every other saturday.
2) From Full Tilt to Pokerstars is about the same although sometimes I get a good run of cards on PS... not that often on tilt. The cash games are sometimes easy.... sometimes wacky.....I have a huge variance... It might just be me.
3) I had tuna tonight.........mmmmmmmm tuna.

You said you had trouble navigating the site........ what kind of trouble..

When you get some dough in there check out the 25 cent tourney at 10 pm.
2 cashes....... one of them 4th place out of 3200.

And home made chocolate chip cookies yum.

I forgot to mention that since I had my oral surgery, I can only eat soft stuff like pasta and all that.

Well I guess I already knew what I was having for dinner. I had some meat raviolis in a small Italian restaurant in Downtown San Francisco. Good stuff.

Hmmmmm, I do not see freerolls available in the PS beta test app.
