| New Poker Room!?!?!?! Hello there i have been trying to find a poker software that allows me to play with my friends and my friends only. For example i would create a game n put a password on it so we alone could play. I use to play on msn but getting a bunch of ppl to play together on that i stressful. I know carbon poker has a feature like this but it only supports it using real money. I need a software that you can create a room with a password for a play money game...Thanks |

| A 'software'? You can't hack into their software (or so you'd hope), thank goodness. I seriously doubt you'll find any site that lets you create private games for play money. You're lucky if a site lets you create private games for real money. And if they do, it's typically a $5 minimum. And some site like Poker Stars, you need to be of a certain status to create a game. FWIW, you can't create a game at Carbon, I just asked them a couple months ago, because I thought an Omaha HL tourney might be fun. An admin here can do it though. Oh, and welcome to Cardschat! | Yeah you will have to use real money and have accumulated a certain amount of points on that site. Hosting your play money tournament would have no benefits to the poker site, so I highly doubt you will find one. |

| I believe Yahoo! games will let you create your own play money cash tables and even tournaments. For tournaments you might need to create a league using another provider (such as myleague.com). I don't know if you need a league though. Thats how I've done it in many other card games on Yahoo! (Spades, Hearts, & Euchre). Good luck! |
