Need opinions RE: Full Tilt Poker support & my funds

I'll try to make this short:

I had some funds at Doyle's Room. They announced a ban of US players would start on Feb 28th and said a transfer directly to Full Tilt Poker was an option. I initiated my transfer on Feb 22nd. On March 1, I checked with a DBPN live chat manager (Doyle's Room) and he said there was an internal error and to email support. I did and they put it through again. They also said it would take "3-4 hours" for my funds to show up at Full Tilt Poker and to contact FTP if any more problems came up.

Next day I emailed Full Tilt Poker and they said it could take a while since there were so many transfers taking place. I waited another week and I got my points transferred, but no money. I emailed FTP again and they said to keep waiting. I even went back to DBPN and they said no error this time.

I've emailed Full Tilt Poker support a total of 7-8 times regarding this and have received nothing but canned responses or none at all. I'm getting scared that my money is gone or lost or pissed away by someone. I've posted on FTP's forum and have read about the same thing happening to others.

It's been about a month now and this money is a decent chunk for me. Anyone have any ideas about what I can do next? Or do I just sit, worry, and hope my funds eventually come through?

When all this first went down, I hounded DBs live chat reps almost from the minute I initiated the transfer until it was completed. I got my $ transferred in a matter of hours, but only after a "security check" phone call from a DB rep.

Mu points came much later. If you got your points first, I'd be seriourly rattling some cages.

Window closed before I could screen capture again.

He basically ran the transfer again and said to contact Full Tilt Poker now. Then he terminated the chat without a goodbye. I had to get back on and ask if we were done and he said yes.

I guess it's wait time again.

Keep on their asses...hound FT. I would imagine that it would be a decent chunk of change for you to be worried about. Looks like its a widescale problem but they should have it fixed by now. FT support should be able to handle all of Doyels Room players at once.

Edit: must of gotten your funds while I was typing

Full Tilt Poker is a top-notch site IMO. It might take them some time to get back to you, but they will come through in the end. It seems like they really care about their players and want to keep them happy.
