Need help with referring a friend new player

My buddy is trying out online poker for the first time.
He is a poker player in LIVE tourneys/cash games.

I would get him signed up with a rakeback account somewhere. When I first started playing I didn't do much research and just took the poker sites new player bonus. If he sign ups with a rakeback code he will get money back each week/month up to 50% on some websites.
