Need help with middle stage gameplay..Stack Building

Hello,

This post is for the poker veterans only!!! Lately In middle stage play while in the money I notice im always avg stacked or a bit below avg. This is a problem for me as of late because I could be making alot more money then I am in mtt play. I have read alot of good reads over time and dont mind mixing it up when its favorable odds wise. Just seems the cards have not been kind once I make the money lately online and big stacks take advantage of my tight play with big lead in bets while Im in the small and big blind. Im placing in over 80 % of Mtt's this week which is my all time high but even with that said Im not making the money I should .
