Need Help. Losing patience with FTP Support

Alright guys.. Ive been trying to cashout from Fulltilt forever now..When i moved I did not change my addresss in my full tilt account.. When i went to cashout I realized this and changed it.. They emailed me saying that i would have to re-submit my information..

Ok no sweat.. I dont mind..Ive taken these documents to Staples because my neighbors fax wasnt working.. After several attempts it keeps saying poor line connection on FTP's end..

So after telling them this and waiting four days for a response they tell me I can take digital pictures and send them in JPEG format.. Ive attached these images in several emails and they keep telling me there not getting them when Iam absolutely positive they must be because Ive had more than one person check to make sure that Iam doing it right.

I understand that Iam not computer literate like most but this is so aggrevating... Iam not a new member whos trying to call a site a bunch of crooks..

Iam having a legitimate problem with FTP's support and there service.. Now what do I do..

Its really starting to irritate the hell out of me

What is the file size of the pictures you are sending? Sometimes if the file is too large it won't go through the email providers.

I dont know what else to suggest. All i can say is dont lose it and keep your emotions in check, nastiness to them will more than likely be a cause of making it harder. Just keep trying and maintain yourself.

Yeah, I'd make sure that the file size is small. Keep the pictures at around 800x600.

An anonymous loyaler posted this after he cashed out from Full Tilt a little while ago:

After doing this account verification I thought of something. I'll never believe anyone that posts how difficult it is or how the information they ask for is not needed. All I did was take a picture of my drivers license and a bank statement, then used used photoshop to black out all the information such as my license number, account numbers / balance etc. Basically everything personal except my name and address. I got approval within about 2 hours.

Yes this is possible.

Also are you attaching it as a file or photo? Try both if its an option.

Try a different fax machine.

Have someone else try to send them.

Tough spot. Hope it works out for you.

When I verified my account for a cashout, I took pictures of the required items then when I tried to send them it failed because the file size was too large. I had to shrink them down to get it to go through.

yeah thats proly to big.

you need photoshop or an image editor of some kind to shrink the height and width. There are free ones online like photobucket I think.

800 X 800 or 800 X 600, even 1000 X 1000 might work.

Hope it works now PC - I'm astonished that FT-support answered so fast, lol.

I'm trying to get rakeback through the official FT rakeback thingy and I'm waiting for ... 14 days now (after their initial answer that they would have to check) .

I think they take so long because they make interest off your money. They run you in circles while they're profiting. And yet we continue to play...

You should be good to go now! (as soon as they reply back...lol) As I mentioned - FT issues checks quickly once set up. I did another test with FT and Stars last week Nov 12th - made a withdrawal exactly the same time..both checks arrived today! Carbon Poker however is having problems...I made the check request October 30th...nothing yet so I contacted live chat just now - 1bourbon: ref# 2612564

CS Ann: I can see your check worth $XXXX was approved on 30th October

1bourbon: i see that too

CS Ann: the check may take approximately 3 to 4 weeks to reach you.

1bourbon: last time it took 1 week

CS Ann: Please contact us again if you have not received the check by the end of 4 weeks.

CS Ann: Sorry for any inconvenience

1bourbon: u process checks twice a week...why the delay?

CS Ann: the standard time is 3 to 4 weeks

CS Ann: this is due to the check processor

1bourbon: your standard? lol...it took fulltilt and pokerstars each exactly 1 week

CS Ann: as I have said, sorry for any inconvenience

CS Ann: but the timeframe was set by our check processor

1bourbon: and u agreed?

CS Ann: Please contact us again if you have not received the check by the end of 4 weeks.

1bourbon: ok then

CS Ann: Do you have any other questions that I can help you with?

1bourbon: no thankx

CS Ann: okay

CS Ann: You're welcome.

1bourbon: have a good day

CS Ann: you too

1bourbon: ty

CS Ann: Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further enquiries.

CS Ann: Have a Nice Day!

CS Ann: Good Bye!
