Need help contacting PokerStars

I registered for the Sunday Hundred Grand (qualiied via fpp sng) - but it is for 3:30pm EST today and the site is showing it is still registering but supposed to start at 3:30pm EST. ?? I have e-mailed support but was hoping someone here had a phone number I could call for a more immediate response.

This is ridiculous. Now the lobby showed the tournament has been cancelled. I have been refunded the T$ but that is not the point. How can such a large site with vast resources just cancel a tournament that had over 17K players registered.

Yeah, same thing happened to me. The $45,000 guaranteed tournament was cancelled as well.

Sucks, I was looking forward to playing this today.

I'm actually looking under the sit n gos right now and it's listing none, haha. Wonder what's wrong. Maybe someone hacked into their software. And is planning on depleting our bankrolls. That would be hilarious.

Cardschat was down earlier too.

I mean has this sort of thing happened before? I don't think it's pokerstars aim to lose out on such profit, they're probably losing tens of thousands of dollars an hour not having sit n go's up, not to mention what they lost with those 2 tournaments.

strange indeed..the running ones are still running..but I wonder what they're doing and why none are registering..

There's a screenshot of someone with 5 aces, along with a nice cancellation message. I have no idea if it's a real thing or a photoshopped one but in any event, it's cute. If it's real then it's a serious deal.
