My first Real buy-in Tournament. . .!

I signed up at Dream about 4 hours ago for a $3 buy-in. It was my first Real online poker MTT buy-in tournament. . . AND I WON! Whoooo! I'm so happy I could cry! This is the best feeling in the world. I'd like to thank everyone for their great posts. . .and say: Never Give Up. WHOoooooooooooooooooooooo! I'm the King of the World!

wsorbust, congratulations mate on the win, fantastic! One question, if this is your first online MTT what have you been playing up till now?

I started out years ago playing 7-card stud, just for fun on Party, then I moved to No Limit Hold'em free rolls and learned a great deal from them. . .I still play them... Other than placing in a few free rolls a week, most of my experience is at 10-seated sitngos and micro, No limit Hold'em rings at several different sites, at which I've had off and on success/streaks. The reason I never played a money MTT until now is because I felt my game was honed into free rolls. To play real money tournaments, I felt I needed a slightly different strategy and real money MTT experience, which I didn't have, so I felt the percentages of making it to the money was slim to none. I decided to take a shot since few people entered the tourney...and the buy-in was low...to gain some experience. . . I played decently, nothing close to perfection. I definitely still need more experience.

ah ok, I play mostly sng's which I do ok at. I try to get a cheap MTT every day if I have the time, but apart from a few freerolls I've won I'm as yet to win a buy-in MTT. So well done, its a great feeling aint it(even if the freerolls I have won have only amounted to a few dollars each)
