I sent this to full tilt just now, thought it would be interesting to see the response I will keep you posted on it.

On a number of occasions I have contacted you regarding Rake back and have been refereed to affiliates who I tried to go through but received nothing back. This situation has kept me back from been a serious player on your site. I started my poker on your site and was terrible when I started then moved over to pokerstars and eventually improved into a winning player. However I noticed something concerning Recently when playing on your site.

Of course I am not complaining about this players have a right to play however they wish but it was not a pleasent sign what I watched.

In a $1 satellite to the WSOP I noticed one particular player following me into every pot regardless of his hands. to get singled out in a $1 tournament seems a bit odd it is especially alarming since I have become a tight player. The hands I show down now are not things like J10 suited anymore. What I am saying is nothing that happened in that Tournament should have singled me out to be noted as so worth playing against compared to the other players you could play literally any hand against me even K6 off suit. The only explanation for this could be a tracking software that has me labeled as a fish. This one particular guy whilst clearly had to be using a tracking software was not a good player and showed many mistakes.

The issue isn't about this player the issue is there are many top sharks who use tracking software to find soft players and what this incident revealed is that there is now a massive target on me. I play poker to make money now and have made several thousand on stars. I have noticed that the play all over Tilt is a lot worse then it is on pokerstars at least at low and mid stakes levels anyway.

At some point I want to play the best players in the world but when I am ready and I do not feel I am ready yet. I want to build a bank roll and work my way up not have to play the very best right from the start. This is the situation I currently Face if I continue on full tilt. On top of this despite repeated attempts I am not receiving Rake back. other sites have reward programs or rake back offers you offer me very little.

This situation has made it pointless and idiotic to play on your site which is a shame because I think I have a good chance in turning a good profit under different circumstances. I have read on countless internet poker forums about people who you let terminate there account and re create a new account in order to get rake back or due to other situations.

I am writing to request that I can terminate my current account of ***** and re create in a way where I can get rake back under a new alias. If this request cannot be met I cannot see myself playing on your site in future.

Good Luck with that! I am very curious as to the response to the request for a new account for the purposes of rakeback. I can't even get them to tell me who my account is linked to! oooo To[p Secret stuff I suppose.

I would guess they will not let you create a new account.

Now, as for the players and what you see in the lower stakes at FTP. You are not the first that I have heard question the level of play there at FTP vs PokerStars. I have noticed a lot more Russian, Romanian, and other European players at FTP. In my opinion, I'm not so sure that they are singling you out as much as you are paranoid. They just get involved in a lot more hands. If you relly believe that this is happening, adjust and play bback at them appropriately.

Also, if people are following you in to the pot, then bbetting you out of it, I would guess that your fold to flop betting percentage is pretty high.

Here's the thing, people use tracking software on PokerStars too. That's why I'm not so sure that the tracking sooftware is necessarily the problem for you at FTP.

Im experienced enough to know when people are picking on me specifically. I do not fear players like the one I had trying it doing it to me as I would make a good profit from them in the long run.
What I fear is top standard players stalking me, on Stars this is not an issue as I am rated a shark there and whilst there is much better out there do not stand out as someone to be targeted.

On full tilt I have a big bully eye on my back. This is the issue. As well as Rake back both huge issues.

Very simply put.... Is they wont let your create a new account. I 100% guarentee it. They may let u change your name on your existing account so people can not track you, but you have 0 chance of getting a new account so you can get rakeback. Regardless of the stakes you play, no offense meant here, but its pennies, chump change, to Full tilt.

There is absolutely no way they will let you change your screen name simply because you think you have been labelled as a fish in someone's DB!

^^^^Tis true. I've tried on pokerstars and tilt....even told them a family member was murdered (BS to be honest), and having killer as part of my screenname (both sites) was very uncomfortable........No dice

Well if you cannot beat a dude going all in on you every chance he gets you probally wont benifit from a name change, keep emailing rakebackpros everyday for a few weeks untill you get a reply and think of ways to deal with this kind of player instead.

Many of us had rakeback added to our existing Full Tilt accounts after a pretty painless email to rakebackpros. In my case it took about a month and did not require any follow-up on my behalf until they contacted me in order to accept their offer. I would think the same would work for you.

Now it sounds to me like you have a bigger concern that your ID is associated with some previously poor poker play, and your preference is to get a fresh start with a new one. To that I suggest that you should not be allowed a new ID. Pardon my bluntness, but what makes you so special?

If you think players are singling you out because the trackers think you're a fish, I'm thinking you might just be a little paranoid. Either way, if you actually have decent skills, then you should be able to take advantage of it. Isn't that the dream of many great poker players - to create a persona convincing others they are novice players that can be taken advantage of?
