My day full of poker

I started the day off early by driving to the casino and playing in a 120 person $100 MTT. Here's the hand that crippled me:

Starting stacks were 5k, I had like 4500. UTG (Fish) had maybe 2500, Button (calling station) had me well covered.

UTG calls, folds around to me in the CO where I have AdJd, I put in a standard raise to 150. Button and UTG call, all else fold.

Flop is J, 8, 2. UTG checks, I bet the pot, CO and UTG both cold call.

Turn is a 7. UTG checks, I bet maybe 2/3 the pot which was now huge, button calls, UTG folds.

River is a 10.

I make a medium size blocking bet and the button calls. He turns over pocket tens. Called me down and sucked out on the river.

I played for a hour before donking out, and in that whole time I won exactly 50 chips. Overall it was fairly fun, if I play it again I'll probably change my style up a little (ok a LOT) and tighten way up.

I got home, took a nap and thought I'd try out the SNG tier at $5.
First one I took 2nd place, so I had to play that level again.

Went over to my brother-in-laws place to watch him play a satellite. Top 2 win entry to a $500+33 MTT. He goes out in third place.

Now I'm working on another SNG. At the present time I've got more than half the chips in play. Just waiting for the other shoe to drop. The way my luck has been today, one of these chips is probably made out of C4 and is just waiting for the right time to detonate.

Take some effexor and feel better about it all.
