| Minted Poker-Customer Support Ok-Ok I know this is out of the norm. but I just had to share a recent positive encounter w/ a poker room's customer support. I've played several places online before BF i had a small roll on FT from SnG's; (at peak+ $747 /withdrew 5 weeks prior to BF leaving $133 in account). Also still have maybe $20-30 or so on UB. I did have an account on PS and although I thought the software was superior I had already built a roll on FT. I'm sure that PS has great customer support, as it should, but it is off limits to us at the moment. Minted site traffic is low, and Merge is better, w/e; what my experience is that it took 2 weeks for carbon to respond to a simple change address verification request. Whereas my first w/draw was processed at Minted and had recieved funds w/in 5 days. uggg, I know somehow I'ma get criticized- as usual, but I am definitely impressed w/ Minted Pokers customer service and live chat. . . .not trying to represent the room, but its nice, personally, to know that they give a rip about a small fish like me. . .i've never found a good reason to buzz about but its in my face so: |

| You have to love that turn around. I was going to deposit on minted a couple weeks ago but decided to wait after reading about how they may not have separate player funds. Its good to hear someone getting cashed out so fast. I personally know one other person that received a cash out in 48hrs. When did you requests the withdrawal? I have a little bad luck i deposited on FTP two days before bf but was able to get the money back. |

| re: Minted Poker-Customer Support I was a pretty big minted fan for about two weeks. But their software was too antiquated and I kept having issues where hands were being forefited randomly when I seemed to be in stacking or half stacking situations (which ultimately let me to fall out of favor with the site and quit playing there.) And as far as how quick as thier cashouts are...I'm sure something has to do with the fact that there is almost no volume in the room. |

| Yes, software could be better. They have been working on an entirely new software platform that was supposed to have been released last month, but has been pushed back to this month. Hopefully it'll be a big step in the right direction when they get it together. |

And yeah, as said, they have new software coming right up soon. |

BTW, the software seems to go through spells, atleast for me. I won't have a problem for a week or two, then it will be nearly unplayable for a day or two. Is that the same as others? |
